In September 2019, amendments to the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations came into force requiring all local authorities to annually disclose revenue and spending in relation to funding received from developer agreements under S106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended.

This means that we are required to publish an infrastructure funding statement (IFS). This reports on income and expenditure for:

• Education
• Fire service
• Green infrastructure and public rights of way
• Highways and public transport
• Libraries.

This statement will be updated at least once a year.
