Co-production Oxfordshire

We want to make co-production our normal way of working.

A mixture of people who use services, carers, families and staff were brought together to bring forward some suggestions for how co-production could become the way the council works.

Four elements to co-production Oxfordshire:

Our aim is to embed co-production in all relevant council services and to promote co-production in partner community organisations.

The Advisory Board

The Advisory Board of experts by experience takes a look at council policies, procedures, and projects. As a group of critical friends, they collectively offer advice on how co-production may be applied to services.

The champions network

The powerhouse of co-production Oxfordshire is our champions network of professionals and experts by experience who run training sessions and advice clinics

The Co-production Commissioning Team

The small team of our staff members work together with The Champions Network, The Advisory Board and colleagues, supporting and organising for Co-production Oxfordshire.

The community of practice

Oxfordshire's co-production community of practice is the fourth part of co-production Oxfordshire. It is a group of people who have a common interest in the domain of co-production. They collaborate regularly to research, share information, improve their skills, and actively work on advancing their general knowledge of the domain.
