How to add or change your expression of wish nomination

Understanding your pension 'status'

Your pension status is shown with the scheme name and your reference number in the top-right of your dashboard.

Frozen refund

A status of 'frozen refund' means that you have left your employment, or opted out of the scheme. You are either eligible:

  • for a refund of your contributions
  • to transfer your pension to another arrangement.

You have not yet informed us of your decision.

Contact Pension Services to tell us what you want to do.

If you have another LGPS record, you may have to merge your frozen refund record with it.

Undecided

A status of 'undecided' means that you have left your employment, or opted out of the scheme. Your record is being processed to reflect this. Pension Services will contact you and make your final leaver statement available.
