New children’s homes jobs

We’re opening four new children’s homes in late 2024 and we’re looking for colleagues to join us.

Caring for and nurturing our most vulnerable children

It’s an exciting time to be part of a new team, evolve your role, and shape the future of some of the children we care for. Our three existing children’s homes are all OFSTED-rated good and have some aspects that have been rated good or outstanding.

We’re building teams that can work collaboratively, find solutions and provide the love and care the children need.

Do you relish the challenge of working with teenagers?

If you think this could be for you – if you’ve got love to give and a passion for helping children achieve their best possible future – then take a look at the jobs we’re recruiting for below.

Depending on the role you are interested in we will consider all transferable skills including life experience, volunteer work, and youth work.

You don’t necessarily need experience in children’s social care or residential care because you’ll be trained on the job. You just need experience of working with teenagers, enthusiasm and a willingness to be at the heart of this great team.
